I have various "collectible" items that probably won't amount to much including a complete copy of the Stars and Stripes newspaper released the day WWII ended.Cash - I am always building up a reserve of cash.  

It's a low percentage play, but depending on the bank, you might be able to negotiate.In my experience, for some reason, banks always want you to seal and stripe the driveways and parking lot unless they have been done recently.  

And to ask for that level of help without earning a stripe or two, well it can appear as a little offensive actually.

I'll be gentle .......Do you like stripes?

But what if they don't repair the roof, stripe and seal the parking lot or just plain don't sweep up.

What the regulators are looking for is "equity striping".

You can receive credit card payments through Stripe or Square or take payments however you like....venmo, zelle, PayPal, check...your choice.

This way you can earn your stripes, learn, and potentially build seed money/relationships needed to get into a deal yourself and get a piece of the action. 

First merchant was Stripe - no problems.

If the lien is striped off the real estate and converted to unsecured then its just another debt.
