Subject to deals - No Go States

Hello, I was reading on a different post that Subject-to deals on Foreclosure/Pre-foreclosure homes in some states are illegal. From what I've read CA, WA and Oregon are states that it is illegal. I am just getting started and wanted to make sure I comply with all states laws. Is there any other states where subject-to deals are illegal? Thanks in advance!

@Andy Dubuc perhaps @Jerry W. can specifically comment on your question. Generally speaking Wyoming is one of the most wide open states. The general idea being fewer laws are better. The problem there is deal flow. There are so few people and they are so spread out that it's really hard to get traction. You are in an area and a location where it might work given the current economic climate. Wish you the best.
