In the beginning, finding a money guy feels amazing…eventually, you might resent doing EVERYTHING and recognizing that the only thing the other person does is bring money might seem like not enough….the value of your time might grow to transcend money….

I also recommend How To Create Lifetime Cashflow Through MF Properties by Rod Khleif (it has a 90-day action plan) and Honeybee by Jake and Gino (the 10x concept presented in a more philosophical story telling format).

This issue should transcend partisan politics.

Most responsible pet owners are able to raise a well-trained pet, and this transcends into their finances typically as well.

What rubs me the wrong way is the storytelling of "I have a medical professional client who is looking for a property."

High I am jimmy bob I am new to real estate I have little to no money so I am going to start out wholesaling and the only reason I am doing that is to get enough cash to be a buy and hold investor"  little do folks now that the wipe out rate for wholesaling is probably 90%.. and in our market in the west coast I would say 97%.. wipe out rate for agents is fully 50% ..so it really transcends the legality of anything its the reality of actually doing it and making any money..
