In California, we are resorting to Quija boards, seances, spiritual chants, and ESP to contact motivated sellers because it's so freakin' TOUGH to find them with conventional means.

Again...I have searched for and will continue to search for a home in a non HOA neighborhood (within the guidelines of my and my families needs)...to date, I have not located one.So...I will continue to envision my desired outcome in my minds eye...as many of the spiritual self help books say to do...while simultaneously working towards a viable solution (with help I hope).

You regularly discussed family values, faith, spirituality, and now introduce content directly antithetical to what's been built.If another podcast regularly contained offensive content, I would simply stop listening.

We can share a virtual beer or something.I have a ton to learn, but I make sure to focus time every day on my own development (Mental, physical and spiritual).

We have also been seeking deeper into our Souls and took a deep dive in 2020 into Spirituality, Energy Work, and Sacred Plant Medicines.

I have been reading all sorts of books about investing, personal/spiritual growth, business, and real estate since I was 16.

Friends, family members, co-workers (current and past), neighbors, and anyone else in your sphere of influence from social and spiritual gatherings. - Call, text, and email them to let them know you're in the business and you'd like to know 'Who do you know that is interested in buying, selling or investing in Real Estate'.

So I would like to create this post focused on thanking and being grateful and I plan to write down something each day this week.Starting off on a Sunday I would like to focus my gratitude on things with more of a spiritual nature.
