These are all STR communities that have similar amenities, close to Disney and have various sized homes that do well in the STR space. 

I was chatting with some of my lending buddies at big banks and they are all backing away from the CRE space including office because operating costs are increasing more quickly than rents.

Generally, most reputable lenders in this space won't have any significant surprises with terms and fees because they spell them out upfront in the applications that they provide before you move forward with the loan underwriting.5. 

You have to find their problem.There are a lot of high-net-worth people looking for opportunities to enter the hospitality space but lack the operational know-how you’ve clearly demonstrated.

I have always been interested in the vacation rental space.

In construction your plans are your Bible, so you need to know how to locate any discrepencies, locate answers to questions froms trades, understanding "Take-offs" with your materials, and be able to visualize in a 3D space what the plans are describing.

I don't like the short timelines/constraints of 1031 exchanges though.
