The CHS market is still fairly hot and active, although it has a slowed a little in recent months.

I have other existing consumer products.So I would outfit the RV with Solar and Starlink to provide power and internet at all times. 

It's a small rural area about 3 hours S of Anchorage- not exactly a hot RE market, but we love living here and my husband has a fabulous job with about 12-15 years left in his career. 

If I were down there I would think about setting up a food truck or 10 or 20 and serving breakfast burritos 24 hours a day with some good hot coffee.Just my 2 cents.

Real estate has now peaked my interest and I want to buy in North Carolina and I might be open to other hot markets.

I have a local plumbing co do gas hot water installs and it has gone up from 800 to 1200 in the six years we've been at it (My husband will do it if we can't get the plumbers out in a timely manner but he'll whine about it).
