We had one guy recount his story at our REI mtgHe had a triplex with about 10 living in one unit & 8 in another & they were trying to renovate the middle floor.

Recently in another post, I recounted the story of my dad managing the building of his lake house in Kentucky - 5 hours away from his home in St Louis.  

Sometimes you just work so long and keep going, it's not until you look up and actually recount and see how much you've accomplished and how far you've come...

While I know there has already been a vast amount of virtual ink spilled regarding Morris Invest, I still feel obligated to recount my ongoing experiences in an objective and impartial manner as to help other investors make an informed decision.

Hey Amanda Fox at our last REIA meeting one of the more successful Wholesalers had this: He recounted how he was concerned about spending $200.00 for a Paint Job which advertised his services on his “ride”.

Not sure would have to recount.

This same scenario happened around 15 times to me in the last 2 months i would get countered at around 110k and try to re counter wouldn't work.

Part of the meeting was allotted to members recounting success stories and not-as-successful, though important, learning experiences - which as you should know by now the DFW REIA owners/hosts have never had to face since they only know how to win.

He vividly recounts what it was like to constantly dig through garbage cans for food, steal money while the adults were passed out, steal food and clothing from stores, and a lot of physical and mental abuse.  

The listing price for both were 65k, I offered 47k on the one that was not rented (now rented for 800 as predicted) and 50k on the rented one.They countered with 62k on both.I am wondering if I should even recounter or if it is a done deal.
