when you mean other real estate professions, do you mean in other markets outside of California?

Asset Protection Trusts are the next level up to consider, and then if you have a higher net worth, or protection is a very big deal for you and your profession and risk exposure then Offshore AP Trusts.

The thoughts and points made on this thread are so GOOD, I only have one thing to add.The experienced posters on theses forums have been successful in different aspects of the real estate business, profession and investing.

My concern is someone who does not understand Chicago rules and regulations on units, airbnbs or the AUD profess in Chicago will direct you on these topics.

Mind you, the real estate agent profession is unregulated so you could in theory make a wholesaling profit as a real estate commission.

I've compared the prices to Pipedrive and other software I've used in my current profession, and it's been enlightening.I'm targeting property owners with high equity who have held their property for 15-20 years or more, and ideally with some kind of lien or code violation attached.I've heard that direct mail campaigns can be very effective, though I find that cold calling has always worked best for me in my line of work.

Since my main profession is office management for a residential remodeling company, would flipping to build up more capital be a better place to start?
