What would be my best approach, I assume find a private lender and work out some deal with them.

If this is how they are treating a potential investor/customer who will bring them money, I wonder how they are going to treat existing investors who already have their capital tied up with Sunrise.Hope I am the last one!  

(We're from California as well) Everything has been extremely smooth so far and their staff has been excellent with their customer service.
