Do you incoporate Facebook live, pre-record the video, use a cartoon template video or have it recorded professionally?

You can't leave pre recorded messages unless you follow very strict criteria and the fines for a single violation of the DNC database run tens of thousands of dollars. 

I cant remember which podcast I was watching but the phone number on his postcard that he sends to homeowners sends them to a pre-recorded message that sort of qualifies the homeowner and then they can leave a message. 

They also have many hours of live online training per week as well as prerecorded training .I know they do have a partnership with Regus which allows free access to their business lounges .

I discovered that there is very strict federal regulations (google TCPA Oct 2013) in regards to pre-recorded voice messages or "broadcasts" and that you need written consent a.k.a opt-in prior to calling these people.

Does anyone know of any companies out there that have inexpensive pre recorded content for marketing videos?  

What I did was put out bandit signs attached to a google voice # and created a pre-recorded message greeting giving quick simple info about the property such as ARV and property address and estimated repair cost and then at the very end of the greeting I basically said that if they want to see the inside of the property and actually have cash and are serious, then leave a message.

If I had a prerecorded message he probably wouldn't have even called it.

Use a virtual number with a prerecorded message for sellers when they call.

Or do they all just provide pre-written and pre-recorded training ?
