It's the on tap systems where you have some margin for drafts but the systems need to be working correctly, properly cleaned, with the correct pours for your patrons to hopefully have a positive experience.Liquor drinks, appetizers, desserts, etc. tend to have the higher profit margins.

Patrons pull into the parking lot with music blasting and hang outside the establishment talking/yelling very loud (loud enough to wake me up), along with multiple fights including chairs being thrown and vehicles running into other patrons (all on video that I have recorded).
