It's the on tap systems where you have some margin for drafts but the systems need to be working correctly, properly cleaned, with the correct pours for your patrons to hopefully have a positive experience.Liquor drinks, appetizers, desserts, etc. tend to have the higher profit margins.

If your answers are yes to both of these questions, then don't be difficult, lease him space at a fair price and be proud to have that many more people coming to your center every day to patronize your tenant's businesses.

Patrons pull into the parking lot with music blasting and hang outside the establishment talking/yelling very loud (loud enough to wake me up), along with multiple fights including chairs being thrown and vehicles running into other patrons (all on video that I have recorded).

Tenants keep properties clean because they want patrons to give them business.

My tip is to be sure any commercial venture near a property (funeral home or not) has adequate parking lot for its own patrons OR that you have your parking with private property signs in place. 

I was hoping for a clever, patronizing description of the bar in the ad, but nothing other than "bar area".
