Watching a thread that involves Bill Walston and Bill Gulley is like the scene from Airplane.....No JAne...the yellow zone is for unloading of passengers, and the blue zone is for arrivals.No...Bob....the Blue zone is for taxis and the yellow zone is for arrivals...Airplane....the movie of choice for those that live in Colorado where it's legal to smoke...

If you can actually find a really good deal, you can take it a couple different directions: 1) you can wholesale it and make some money, then rinse & repeat. or 2) you can bring that deal to a good flipper in your area in exchange for a piece of the pie and a ride in the passenger seat throughout the whole thing.
