Corelogic also,,,  so these data sources that are sub $99/mo are cheap in reality.An adage that is lifted from contractors;   you are better off with marginal materials and a top notch crew then best materials and marginal crew... 

That is a cool feature and another notch on your side of the argument. 

He tells me they are the most reputable companies in the area, blah blah, to trust him, and I won’t find a better price anywhere (true, their google reviews are top notch and they are a relatively larger company, which I normally don’t like frankly price-wise.

They cost a few bucks but I feel really help move the whole experience up a notch for our guests.
