There are many people new to investing with so many unanswered questions...before you sign up for one of the many HGTV events that lure you into putting all your hard earned money (40-50K) into a program based with a guru in an area accross the country, I implore you go to your local REIA meeting, most can be found on Meetup.com and ask people there for a recommendation, there are local investors that memtor/consult with you for much much less and give you a far greater value...one on one guidance.

@Samuel Lee Short answer is your can put everything under one entity however I'd suggest consulting your CPA which you must have at this point, to give you a better understanding of your options and the best strategy to implore.
