are you happier owning the Porsche rather than owning 2 or 3 more doors?

For all that, I will NOT get compensated other than hopefully with a happier tenant whose utility bill will probably decrease a good bit.

I was born and raised here and moved back over a year ago after an 8 year stint away and I could not be happier with what I have seen going on in Buffalo.

From my experience as a local property manager I wouldn’t jump on this deal and think in twelve months you‘d be happier and have more money spending a little more money (ninty) and get a way better location.

They will have more information on the property than just a random buyer's agent and they are happier to work with you and show you the property because if you buy directly from them they are getting the whole commission and not splitting it with a buyer's agent.

Even the agent's commission is well worth it if it helps me buy more deals and sell those deals faster so I can move on to the next.So I'd say that if you adjust your thinking from being focused on cutting costs to doing whatever you need to do more deals, you'll not only be more successful but you'll be happier too because you're not stressing over every little dollar spent.
