Some items I understand you can purchase like a water heater but for lighting, cabinet hardware, faucets, flooring, switches, outlet covers, you can get online!

Brand new water heater but tenant is calling in about no hot water heater, leaking faucet (which were new and installed by seller), leaking kitchen sink.

Hello,During the course of the lease the Tenant broke the kitchen Faucet.

Sooner or later, pipes start to leak, fridges break down, the lever on the back of your vanity faucet breaks, these things cost money to fix.Anyway, good luck.

The inspector is pretty easy, whenever we have a new tenant inspection, about all he checks is smoke alarms, and water faucet back flows.  

However, we had another issue saying that bathroom sink stopper is broken and I need to buy a new faucet (or a completely new sink- she would enjoy) with the back part that drains the water slowly.

I’m a handyman and I work with a few rental properties and do some projects that range to the small stuff like hanging doors, repair trim and drywall to new flooring installs, painting, appliance repair, yard work and repairing your usual leaky faucet..The issue I’m having currently is I have just gotten into contact a couple days ago about a flooring job.

Onsite weekly visits to open the faucets and expel the gasses, adding the necessary chemicals to my drains to prevent oxidation, handle the bills, proper property maintenance.

I've seen faucets ripped out of bath tubs, insect infection, holes in walls, etc.

As a handyman, I don't think I would need to pull building permits for painting a room, replacing a faucet, or putting up drywall, would I?
