If anyone has any 2&3 meter stacks / 200amp for 1200 disconnect / 3 phase…..I will gladly pay a nice price for ‘em. 

During this time, apparently all but one of the meters had been disconnected - a meter belonging to one of my tenants.

Next time it might be a disconnect notice for electric service.

Ask the utilities to make the account revert to your name when they disconnect.  

To me video games are a total waste of time but don't discount the need to disconnect sometimes and just relax.

I think the disconnect here is that you are using cap rate to value single family homes.

Positivity is key and a lifestyle.I recommend avoiding and disconnecting with negative people.

The major problem being that it's still so very disconnected from the rest of the city.
