It all depends on what your goals are but Raleigh-Durham isn't a place you buy a cute duplex and start printing money :)

Next time you go at this don't feel bad by buying deep, but understand if it's a good deal your cuteness may cost you.

It would be nice to see the Median Price/Median Purchase graphically on the state/national map as well.

When you say "I spent," "we closed on," "my team," and create graphics that say "closed" and have your company logo as the ONLY logo on the CLOSED announcement it is to give the impression that you wholly own those properties or were at a minimum the "sponsor."
