I have found that most of the time when confronted with this paperwork, the residents will just resign to classifying their animal as a "pet" which comes with a $150 Pet Deposit, $350 Pet Fee, and $55 Pet Rent per month per animal. 

Has worked out very well for me so far and caused no controversy or confrontation.

It will now take another confrontation, you filing a complaint, another police visit, more slow stepping by the police and nothing is going to change.

A lot of people don't realize this is a service based industry, but one where some relative confrontation is part of the routine business.

If they pass that portion, then you can confront them about the extra dogs and ask for more rent for the additional dogs and a higher security deposit because more pets = more property damage.If you do rent to them, an important note is that many insurance companies don't cover pets like pitbulls when it comes to lawsuits so make sure you are aware of the specific laws in your city/state when it comes to high risk pets. 

I would confront him/her about it and give them the chance to make it right.

When I confronted her about it, she says “I’m waiting on a letter from my doctor for one of those emotional thingys”.My questions:  Do emotional support pets have to be disclosed before hand?  

When I confronted my real estate agent, she mentioned "underwriting didn't take in consideration the admin & broker fees.

I'd pick the tone based on how much I was or wasn't concerned with the situation.Tenants want stable housing, and I haven't yet run into someone - though I know they're out there - who wants to get technical and confrontational when there's a simpler option for them.

If you get a really experienced officer and they don't like doing paperwork or getting confrontational, then they might try to convince you that it is "civil" matter and you need to evict.
