Go find a GC that is a design build company that has experience in apartment building development to navigate you in the process if they decide to accept you as a costumer.

@Mary Mitchell great point there I have been so worried by the horror stories that I forgot that these are my costumers and if I treat them fair help them where I can in the way of improvements or repairs.

I’d order an adult sized Halloween witch costume and wear it for the showings every time a realtor shows the place until they get the hint .
