How does acquiring compare to renting a small office or sharing office space with another business in that market?

He just published a book on this with BiggerPockets and does a LOT in the space of trying to educate athletes on how to invest.

I have always been interested in the vacation rental space.

As I'm sure you're well aware, the small multifamily space in metro ATL is competitive despite current interest rates. 

In construction your plans are your Bible, so you need to know how to locate any discrepencies, locate answers to questions froms trades, understanding "Take-offs" with your materials, and be able to visualize in a 3D space what the plans are describing.

Learning the ins and outs while keeping an eye out for a great deal is a smart approach—knowledge and patience go a long way in this space.

I know of at least two big players in the lending space who have begun asking for a higher rate if you had in a sec 8 / HAP leases.

I am interested in the Brrrr method and I want to evolve from wholesale space to that.
