What kind of seasoning is generally required as it relates to the rents/revenue as it relates to servicing the note, etc...I currently own one PadSplit (acquired via Subject-to) that has been up just over a month.

It may feel cumbersome, but their diligence reflects the level of security and service you can expect once onboarded.

It'll likely take a month or two assuming that the loan is with one of the large servicing companies that move at a glacial pace. 

I would not use a national bank I would only use a local regional for the best fees and service they know the market best.but qualifying is harder.. you will need experience  plenty of reserves and equity.

There is no Due on Sale Police, the loan is serviced by a Servicer who is paid just a few dollars per month to service the loan.
