I went and reviewed a webinar from August 2023 where he noted he got out of a lot of real estate investing and investing in five categories: Ecommerce 33%, educational masterminds 55% (and lists them), broadway musical and very minor in real estate and crypto.

What programs or masterminds have you found to have the biggest impact on your real estate career? 

There's a number of people in our STR mastermind that have been working with the Stayfi CEO and COO, to try and resolve the connectivity issues that have been a major problem.

I have been studying the dustin hahn tax lien and deed program however now there's a $4995  8 week mastermind course that they recommend.has anyone encountered thisNeed guidance

I've read multiple bigger pockets books and have been part of a RE mastermind discussion group, so I feel I have a lot of theoretical knowledge, but I'm eager to apply that and truly learn from actual experience.

.: @Jenat Higaa true 'private' lender is someone you know - your dentist, your uncle, someone you work with, someone in a business mastermind with you.so if you need to 'vet' a private lender... they're not a private lender.

I am going to his 3 day mastermind in a few weeks and am happy to hear the positive reviews here.  

I will pay for some mastermind groups in the future, but that is after I have a track record where I can partner and work with the biggest fish in the mastermind group. 

When I was starting out, I was going to attend his mastermind but then I attended Eddie Speed’s and I wasn’t impressed either.
