Bond for Deed must be French Law.. never heard that term in my 44 years of real estate.I am assuming its a debt instrument like a mortgage or deed of trust.Zero % financing is great.. as long as your not paying double what its really worth.with those terms it leads me to believe that the seller is tired of managing this and the management could be Hi touch lots of work.. so if you think your ready.. that s a pretty decent deal in my mind..

All of this being said, I agree with @Gordon French that if your end is $1000/month off of your $90k investment with an appraisal total of $790,000, that doesn't seem terribly great.

It has a closet and two windows leading outside but also french doors (with glass panels) and a window that looks into the kitchen.Would this window between "bedroom" and kitchen affect the sale price?

Remember this, those brokerages that said you can only start full time would let you start full time and then go get another job, which does not make a lot os sense.

better.An earthy green (with perhaps a beige base) could also work ... as could a red{rest}-brown.A "pure" white would be too much of a contrast and a "French Vanilla" not enough.
