Will lease option raise the property taxes?

The owner is currently getting a lot of exemptions. like the followingCOUNTY SR 12,233MUNIC SR 12,233HOMESTEAD 25,000 (homeowner)WIDOW 500 The assesed value on county is 39k and with the exemptions above This brings the taxes to $100 per year.

I simply don't buy the 70% I would have to revert to the Missouri saying "show ME"30% maybe.now in your area maybe you can work this in a place like the city of Clearlake or Lucerne , Nice those types of areas.but in the SR metro the market is just way to hot to allow that to happen.there is no housing there..

A couple of them are partners are law firms or public accounting firms, one is a smart lawyer at a small ish law firm but not a partner....A controller, base at $230K, 30% bonus and RSU....A recruitor called yesterday with a sr finance manager position base at $180K + bonus + RSU, and said can maybe stratch a bit more.... that is only a manager level....So personally I know 4-5 of them making $700K ish...
