Question on Age

One of the big things that was bothering me about real estate investing is the negotiating side. Im 22 years old, and being short makes me look even younger. What worries me is, would people give me the same respect as someone who is older? Will the people take it less seriously because I'm ' Just a kid'? I cant blame them 100% Id be a little skeptical too if someone as young as me was trying to negotiate buying a house for investing purposes.

The key to success in most things is knowledge. If you are prepared for the negotiation (having done all of the required homework) it won't matter how old you are or look. If you work hard to be the most informed/prepared person in the room then it won't matter what the other parties think about you. Knowledge is power at any age.
