They were more expensive, but really know what they are doing in the STR space and we were much more confident with their proposal than the cheaper one we got from our usual broker who had less experience with STRs.

And since I finished school 50+ years ago, mine may have lost relevance.But, my experience differs.  

They seemed good, and looks like they have prior experience managing the building I’m buying (based off the leases that were submitted to me) but way to expensive to what I’m use to … $137 - $184 per door (over 10%) and then $750 per door for the maintenance reserve.

Has anyone had good experience with Furnished Finder in your market or if in Houston even better?

Three Insurance (another Berkshire company) would also have written a policy if we had three years of hospitality experience. 

However, I’m curious if anyone here has experience in the area or insights on the market’s long-term potential.

No experience with these, but I'd try the HD version and have my handyman install it.

I've owned a bunch of condos, so I speak from experience.
