I am a 19 year old college athlete who recently has gained interest into the real estate business.

Not a funny story with one of my rentals, but still funny (from a contractor)I was doing some painting for the athletic director from my High school one summer.

Hello there fellow investors,My name is Alex, a former student-athlete and a alum of Northwestern University.  

Having played NCAA Lacrosse for 4 years with the team, I saw there was no landlords that the team/ athletics would go to for their college living.

Secondary impact: Uber drivers, insurance companies, delivery services, dry cleaners, retail, yoga studios, performers / athletes, manufacturing, housing, construction and by proxy the entire economy.

This is also our busy season with athletics, events, graduations & weddings on the horizon, and so this could not have come at a worse time for us also.
