@Lisa Keutman There's nothing old or ancient about doing a subject to and they are actually pretty straight forward.

I don't do run down areas or ancient homes with tons of unknowns...good luck with your search!

If you hit anything ancient you have to stop digging and do an archaeological excavation.

I'm over near Egypt Beach, Wompatuck Elementary where 3 homes have recently been gutted an expanded, still in process but very interested to see what they close for (all investor owned).  

Lead paint, asbestos, galvanized pipes, cast iron waste pipes, knob and tube wiring, ancient HVAC systems, and windows that need replacing.

Anyone have any feedback about the area west of here specifically between New Allen and Raliegh-Millington Rd and south of Egypt Central Rd?
