I'm new to REI and I was wondering if there any REIs/Wholesalers in WA State that can help advise me on their experience in WA and if they've run into any issues when wholesaling in WA regarding the "License Law" that's been put into place that considers unlicensed individuals that do real estate activities, like wholesaling, equity skimming and deceptive to homeowners.

@Nilton Silva You might want to read through CT law: https://www.cga.ct.gov/current...According to Section 20-312, unlicensed wholesaling is illegal in CT as it is in most (maybe all) other states.You might just think about getting licensed.

The other problem you have is that in most (maybe all) states, it is illegal for a licensed person to pay fees to unlicensed persons.
