I’m a rookie who’s decided wholesaling is going to be my first “one thing”. I think it is something I’ll be able to do well with my educational background and personality. Any recommendations on books, podcast episodes, or people to follow that dive into wholesaling?

@Nilton Silva  You might want to read through CT law: https://www.cga.ct.gov/current...

According to Section 20-312, unlicensed wholesaling is illegal in CT as it is in most (maybe all) other states.

You might just think about getting licensed.  I was licensed in both Mass and Maine and if these two states are any indication, it's VERY easy to do.
