Wholesaling in WA Question

Hi Everyone!

I'm new to REI and I was wondering if there any REIs/Wholesalers in WA State that can help advise me on their experience in WA and if they've run into any issues when wholesaling in WA regarding the "License Law" that's been put into place that considers unlicensed individuals that do real estate activities, like wholesaling, equity skimming and deceptive to homeowners.
