Most would say it's impossible to know.Since all properties are different, and more important...all markets are different....It depends on...what happens in the country, north, south, east, west, central, etc...for the exact same house, it can and usually is very different.However, I think I have developed a recipe for this, through a painstaking process, over many years of trial and error.
