Insurance and Title Shop around for home insurance companies that best suit your needs and select the insurance company that provides the amount of coverage for your home owner’s insurance policy.

I also purchased a Taco Shop property in CA with a realtor friend at a song and it has been cash flowing for a consistent 5 years now.

Licensable vacation rentals are obviously in high demand and offers can become quite competitive, I don't have any formal statistics but I'd say a quality active or eligible vacation rental sells at least twice as fast as a non STR property, the majority within days..My best advice to investors shopping for a hot or high demand asset class is:- Prepare & Practice: Get your ducks (GO UO!) 

I imagine these are on the low and high ends of the spectrum around much of the country, assuming you can find a small shop that does their own fabrication.

Some HELOC lenders require you own the property for 6 months too, so I'd recommend to check that when shopping too.  

@Aaron SweatPossibly depending on LTV on those other assets - we have done this in the past. 10% interest is probably low I would expect 12-15% plus points but shop around.
