I should have started the last sentence with "Also," since my intent was to try and get you to stay away from Any owners in foreclosure, as any time wasted by wholesalers playing around, or stumbling around thru a short sale process they are not familiar with, simply wastes time, and puts the owner at greater risk of being foreclosed on.

Some call it a license to steal, I know another attorney who has over a decade left on his sentence, but that was a different issue.Clint does have some good stuff, but being a past regulator, I'd disagree with him on that ploy.

They are not a death sentence though.

From the other responses I would say that we are seeing very similar reductions, with the occasional higher reduction like I noted in the first sentence.
