She is on time with rent and for the most part pretty quiet. the down side is I think she has some emotional and/or psychological problems, as once and a while she will flip out.

Same dollars but psychologically people will feel better about about saving money rather than being punished. 

I don't bother to try to figure out what the tenant's deepest psychological issue is.

Efforts to turn it into a political football invariably are a sign of a hidden agenda or perhaps a psychological aberration.

I'm not trying to be a jerk and I could just send anyone to an Appraisal Institute link and be done with it but I like to see the psychology behind peoples adherence to bad information and I think most people really "get" it when they see different sides progress through a discussion.

Psychologically it makes a huge difference as the Chinese have a sense of cultural vanity.

There is the psychology of real estate being the low hanging of investing--and it is--but they don't do it.
