I know how much time and dedication it can take to find the right deal.

I don't know that any platform has everything you're going to want - I haven't found one yet but this is as close as I've gotten.

Some platforms, like Airbnb or VRBO, may handle the collection and remittance for you, but it's important to verify this.Make sure to register with the Florida Department of Revenue and Pinellas County to file and pay these taxes.

Many on here are familiar with the platform, as it's a great way to juice cash flow and the city looks much more favorably on it than AirBnB since Padsplit provides much needed affordable housing. 

I suspect a pad for a vehicle can be provided at fairly low cost (it could use gravel instead of hardscape).To compound the parking issues, the city has been taking away parking spots for dedicated bike lanes.  

Michael Plaks has created several great resources here on BP to educate about these, as does ReSure on its education platform (including some plagiarization of Michael's content!)

Unlike most cities their regulations are enforced by the platforms.

Still nothing really to show for the money spent so I reached back out to seomeetsrei for guidance and they suggested signing up on more social platforms and another 10K or so in backlink work...
