Pinellas county transient rental tax + Florida lodging tax?

Hi all, 

I'm getting started with mid-term rentals (~60 days) and trying to understand how the Pinellas county transient and Florida lodging taxes work.  Are you including these taxes (6% state + 6% county) in the charges to the tenants?
