When it comes tax time, everything is organized for you.

How am I more organized than my loan officer?

A system could be a paper and pencil, as long as your system organizes a lot of activities repetitively which allows you to handle more volume.  

I have spent more than 30 years in management from large corporations to non-profit organizations.

PS: I already talked to my family about investing in real estate and although they like the idea, I don't see it happening anytime soon or in an organized manner. 

Per their guidelines: "Eligible borrowers include individual home buyers, investors, nonprofit organizations, or local government agencies."

Offer to help them for free with whatever they may need in their business (be it organization, finding deals, marketing, painting their flip, etc) in exchange for their mentorship during your first deal.
