Hey @Brett RiemensniderThere are a TON of banks/credit unions that will offer as low as Prime on a heloc on your primary residence.

It sounds like you may be a better fit for a smaller operation that still offers guided tours.

We don't know of too many places that offer turnkey properties, so if you have any recommendations that would be great.
