Plus, I am young, have tons of drive, energy, and momentum.

Eventually I would like to build spec homes in profitable areas.I'm currently trying to focus on generating leads, creating systems, and raising capital to allow me to build up momentum with the business and ultimately quit my full time job.

I couldn't do this and it cash flow $100 a month and it create enough momentum financially for it to snowball into the next deal anytime soon.

Corporations will likely begin developing their own schools to serve their own needs (this happened with a Bank in Brazil that couldn't location enough qualified prospects).(2)  Patent System overhaul....Due to speed of innovation, our patent system now discourages, not encourages innovation.(3) Remove all money from politics (unfortunately, I don't think this will happen).(4) All countries must develop a global governmental body and give it sufficient power to effectively police and punish corporations that commit crimes globally, particularly in countries with little power. 

But leveraging by renting many apartments to gain cash and momentum to finance the next multiplex can. 

I want to build an income that can build momentum into taking on projects where my money can work harder for me.Thanks for putting this together!

It does appear that 2017 will be a good year for inner city investors because were are starting the year with positive momentum rather than the dismal start we had last January.Hopes for 2017 - The unexpectedly strong semi-detached market starts to pull up the townhouse market so my projects look more appealing!  

Great advice, 1 deal makes it worth it but the key is to keep the momentum going.
