Hey guys... My name is Byron. I listened to a couple of Biggerpockets podcast and had to join! My background is 12 years of residential real estate and new home sales, and 22 years in the U S Army. I'm now looking down the road to retirement in 5 years and want to create 5 - 10k in new monthly cashflow in that time. I love the real estate field and I look forward to learning and sharing in anyway I can to help others reach their goals.
