Inland Empire: Brand new to real estate investing

Hey guys (and gals),

Just stumbled upon this forum as I am looking to get into real estate investing.  Ive been exposed to wholesaling (and I'd like to learn more about it), however I came to this forum to see if there were alternative methods to making money in real estate with little money to invest (initially).  I want to build an income that can build momentum into taking on projects where my money can work harder for me.

Thanks for putting this together!  Very helpful website and very streamlined, I love it!
