@Sean Youngberg When you start typing the @user_name you have to use your mouse (or touchpad) and hover over the name box when it appears and the DOUBLE CLICK to select the user.

We also install sound isolation mat under the finish floors, and there are some very specific details to how this should be carried under the wallboard to create continuous isolation.Another GREAT solution is to carpet the floor of the office on the 2nd floor with plush carpet and a thick carpet pad.

This is off subject a bit but because it has a funny side and a Dead serious side, I bought this Old 1936 House , its big it was moved in the 50s , ok I come home one rainy night and put the Key in the Lock, I get a shock of course I think my head is playing tricks so I note the happening but I just drove 430 mile so I'm tired. it was Raining even harder a weeklater and bam same thing only more sever, it go in the back door look at the lock a old door bell metal shielding I test it it was starting with 50 ac volts within 10 sec 110 AC Volts grounding on the wet door mat, whats funny you say think of a burgler trying to pick that Lock Ha Ha Ha he more than likely would wet his pants.

Seems like a classic mom/pop story trying to to retire.The property has 33 units plus an effeciency apartment that used to be the laundry mat. 28 units are rented, there are no property owned trailers.

So the 1% rule doesn't work due to higher taxes, more like 1.25% here.If I want to pull out 100% of my investment, or as close to it my net cash flow will be $0-$100/m at best.I'd like to brrrr to 10 SFHs.

While filling out the move-in condition sheet, she noticed some minor issues- signs of water under the kitchen sink and by the laundry tub, roof sealing not complete, garage light burnt out, and signs of a mouse (I have not seen anything that would lead me to believe a mouse has lived there).
