Help in locating Auctions and Code Violations

Nakita Baker

Posted

Hi everyone!

My name is Nakita and I operate out in Connecticut, I've listened to a few of the webinars hosted by this site and gained some very useful information.

I'm posting to find out about auctions in my area. I've been to the town hall and asked around to find out if anyone knows where auctions are held. It seems like no one knows where to find them, I've even asked around to find out where to get a list of Code Violators in the area as well, can anyone give me some advice to increase my range in where i should search?

Thank you!

@Nakita Baker

Hey Nakita,

I believe most of the auctions in the state are actually held at the property that is being auctioned.

Here is a link to the jud.ct.gov website where you can find the information about upcoming auctions in the towns in CT.
