For three years I was miserable and after my studies I would read every business / entrepreneurship book I could get my hands on.

You make is life and the life of his tenants as miserable as they have made yours or sell.

You will only be rewarded with more strife as their real goal (probably subconsciously) is to make you and anyone else that will listen just as miserable as they are in life.

Make his life miserable  , Put 24 hour notices on his door and go in 3 times a week. then sue the crap out of him, .

OK in other words, most people in the herd are miserable at this.

Maybe they are miserable too and would go for this.

I've gotten to the point that I just ignore this lady, but I feel bad for doing so, but she's making life miserable for me while I'm working there.   

You need to set some ground rules as to when she can contact you, how and if you have to make a trip there and it's a nuisance call, you will charge her a $50 trip charge...nip this in the bud fast our she will make your life miserable.

You can practically smell the backwards hick in the local accent as they ask the miserable question.Young professionals are NOT flocking to Pittsburgh as the place to be.

It may sound silly but there are plenty of people who need rooms who aren’t happy people and most unhappy people are miserable because of there job.
