Talking to the lawyer reprenting me she does not seem to think that 60 days is unreasonable or that there is any thing we can do but wait.

She told me she is on the hook for 5 months and they also will be keeping her security if she wants to terminate the lease.

She hasn’t been in the property like I have but she always tells me she is on board and will sacrifice a year to help us get ahead.

A few years ago I got a call from a military property owner in June who told me she was moving to Japan in December. 

I would then ask her to leave the keys on the counter and text me that she is out.After she texts me she is out, I have written confirmation and could take control of the unit.
