Such as does your state have Trust Statues....etc

Under Florida statue 689.07 does a property held in a Florida land trust with a Deed in Trust as the recorded instrument have to  specifically have written in the recorded instrument (deed in trust) the powers given to the trustee.

We spent about $8,000 for all new laminate flooring, complete repainting, tiled backsplash and new counter tops, and complete retiling of the bathroom including walls and floor (with marble inlay, very nice).The new tenants are a nice young couple about to have a baby.

I have seen people with a 1/2" difference between two rooms and they stick in a piece of 2" marble 3/4" thick at the door.

Also the victim was minor so has 10+ years statue of limitations and this won't go away for awhile...

If it is high-end, where things like granite and marble are expected, you'll want to get something stylish.

@Matt Marble use the @ then type the name of the person you want to tag so they get a notification for future reference. 

In the kitchens I always install granite, new under mount sink and faucet, and tumbled marble backsplash, I install stainless steel appliances only if the current appliances are not in good shape / ugly.Countertops - I agree with upgrading to granite, but would suggest a lighter color with more variation, I use giallo ornamental.
