I am in the process of setting up my business basics, I've read BP's Ultimate Beginner's guide, am currently reading the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller (great book) and have J Scott's rehabbing book on the horizon to read, as well as absorbing the many helpful posts here.
