My big why is I want to form a foundation that will provide housing job assistance, medical care and education for the homeless. getting them off the streets and back on there feet.  

I applied for a HELOC at my bank and was denied due to my owning the home less than 6 months.

Now I'm a Real Estate Agent (4 months Old), I don't have broker permission to Invest creatively, but I feel a creative solution is the only see for this else these people are homeless.

Just look at who is on the max line outside rush hour and you see its major function is low cost transportation for the homeless and unemployed – hardly a factor in promoting business.

Also I want to be able to achieve financial freedom so I could travel the world, volunteer and contribute to people and society, feed the homeless, retire my parents, and most importantly be more comfortable and happy and the rest of the family as well. 

One could be homeless, one a school teacher, one a doctor and one could own their own company.

That area was riddled with prostitutes and homeless back in the mid 90's.

Now you will have made them homeless because you were greedy.

I spent time homeless/housesitting. and figuring out ways to live in our information based society off the grid.
